Absolutely — most of our customers do! DM us @swarnawears on Instagram or message us on Tiktok with the item you want, your size and your delivery address. We will confirm availability and send you payment details straight away.
We accept PayID (instant bank transfer — our preferred method), direct bank transfer, PayPal. We never send your order before payment is confirmed.
Yes! If you are looking for a specific colour, fabric, size or style that is not in our current collection — contact us and we will do our very best to source it for you from Nepal on our next trip.
We love bulk orders. Whether you are dressing a bridal party, ordering for a festival or buying gifts for your community — get in touch and we will work with you to create something special at the best possible price.
No minimum order at all. Order one piece or ten — we treat every order with the same love and care.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Contact us at hello@swarnawears.com or via DM within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Every single piece is handpicked directly from Nepal. We source from skilled artisans, weavers and makers across Kathmandu — no middlemen, no mass production, just authentic Nepali craftsmanship in every thread.
We restock regularly from Nepal. Follow us on Instagram @swarnawears or sign up to our newsletter to be notified when new stock arrives. You can also DM us and we will let you know when a specific piece is coming back.
We are currently online only — which means we can reach women all across Australia. We do occasionally appear at markets and pop-up events in Canberra. Follow us on Instagram @swarnawears to find out when we are near you.
